Two acclaimed English songwriters and label mates tour together for the first time, both with new albums. The artists first met on a songwriting weekend and later spent time co-writing songs for Dan’s new album and EP.

In addition to his own captivating career, Boo Hewerdine has also worked with Eddi Reader, Kris Drever (LAU), Duke Special, Chris Difford (Squeeze) and Brooks Williams on State Of the Union (who previously played HTH). SOTU memorably appeared on The Andrew Marr Show performing their version of The Pet Shop Boys track Rent. Reveal Records compiled the first document of his career to date with a fine Best of compilation “My Name In Brackets” and swiftly followed that with an album of lost recordings entitled ‘Open’ which received five star reviews and was number 5 in the Telegraph Albums of The Year 2015.

Dan Whitehouse releases his new album That’s Where I Belong on September 2nd. His career to date is story of the long, hard miles he’s spent touring Europe, opening for artists including Josh Ritter, Julian Cope, Maria McKee, Mark Eitzel, Jesca Hoop, Peter Green, Richard Thompson, Lau, Sun Kill Moon and Willy Mason. Dan was born in Wolverhampton to parents who took ‘the hippie highway’ to Kathmandu in the mid 70’s, on the ‘magic bus’. The sights and sounds on that journey resonated throughout Dan’s childhood taking steps through San Francisco, to a soundtrack of Jackson Browne, Donovan and Bob Dylan.
